Do I get a certificate?

Proof of completion + how it’s issued.

Yes. You receive a digital certificate after you complete the required lessons and pass the final assessment.

If your name needs correction, write to support within 14 days of issuance and we’ll re-generate it at no cost.

How long do I have access to the lessons?

Duration, updates, and rewatching.

You get 12 months of access to all lessons, downloads, and updates from the date of purchase.

If we publish improvements (new lessons, clearer demos, updated templates), your dashboard reflects the latest version during your access period.

Can I learn with a full-time job?

Self-paced pace recommendations.

Yes. Lessons are on-demand and designed for flexible study.

Most learners progress smoothly with 2–4 hours per week. If your plan includes live Q&A, recordings are added when possible.

What tools and materials do I need?

Starter kit and budget-friendly options.

A practical starter kit includes: floral shears, ribbon scissors, floral tape, wire (22–28 gauge), a glue gun, and a bucket or tall vase.

You can begin with supermarket flowers for practice. Each module includes a shopping list and a “substitutions” note (so you don’t get stuck if a flower is out of season).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, open the support form and we’ll confirm quickly.

Are there deadlines or fixed schedules?

Self-paced vs cohort checkpoints.

Self-paced tracks have no deadlines. You can move through the modules whenever you like during your access period.

If your plan includes a cohort challenge, we provide optional checkpoints for momentum, but you can still submit work later.

Is the course accessible (captions, contrast, keyboard navigation)?

We aim to make learning accessible: captions for core videos, readable color contrast, and keyboard-friendly interactions on major pages.

If you need an accommodation (captions priority, transcript format, alternative files), open the support form and describe what works best for you.

Can I share my account or downloads?

License terms for one learner.

Access is licensed to one learner and can’t be shared. Downloaded PDFs are for your personal learning use and may not be redistributed.

If you’d like to learn together, you can purchase an additional seat (or request a group option via support).

What if I miss a live session?

Replays + summaries.

We send reminders before live sessions, and replays are added when available.

If we can’t share a replay (for example, due to guest restrictions), you’ll receive a written summary and the same assignments so you can still progress.

Do you help with portfolio reviews or business questions?

Feedback formats + topics covered.

Yes, depending on your plan. Portfolio feedback is provided via rubric-based reviews (composition, mechanics, color harmony, and photography basics).

Business support includes pricing logic, inquiry workflows, proposal structure, and client communication templates you can adapt.
