2. Payments

Payments are processed at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your billing address and local requirements.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

2.2 Discounts and promotions

3. Access

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, resell access, or provide the content to others (including by screen recording, file sharing, or reposting).

3.2 Violations

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course material has been consumed (measured by lesson completion or playback progress where applicable).

• Share, redistribute, upload, publish, or sell course materials without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, license checks, access controls, or content protection.
• Use automated scraping, crawlers, or bots that degrade performance or collect data without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or post unlawful, hateful, or abusive content in community areas.
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service’s operation.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the courses and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (for example, by posting an update on this page). Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
